Seek backward/forward on lock screen rather than previous/next chapter

My main use case for the buttons on the lock screen is when I didn’t hear hear/understand something, i.e. short jumps. The previous/next chapter buttons can’t be used for this as the jumps would be too long.

For what it’s worth, I don’t think I’ve ever used the next/previous chapter button even with the phone unlocked (I either use the seek button or the chapter list).
