Reset auto-pause timer after book has already paused

I often listen to books when I’m trying to sleep, so I set the auto-pause. I want to avoid lights when I’m trying to sleep, so I usually shake the phone to postpone the auto-pause.

If I’m too slow at shaking the phone, i.e. the book managed to get auto-paused, I have to unlock the phone and set the auto-pause again.

I’d like to be able to shake the phone to reset the timer for ~1 minute after it has auto-paused. That way I don’t need to unlock the phone etc.
